Unlike Boyd Manor, Proctor Manor is still home to the people who built it. While not plagued by the same misfortune as Boyd Manor, Proctor Manor is still an eerie and uncomfortable place, overlooking Oceanlake. Upkeep of the place seems to be just enough to keep it from falling apart, despite the Proctor Family's wealth. All of the family members live there and are said to rarely venture from it.
